Please do not send anything back without first waiting for a response to your email. It may be that you do not need to send the item back.
If you are required to send anything back, a shop manager will need to confirm the correct return address for you. If you return any items, please use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. If your item does not arrive back to me, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
NB: If you choose to return an item, please be aware this must be done at your own cost. Please shop carefully.
Refund and exchange eligibility is 30 days from receipt of your order.
If, during checkout, you entered any of your information incorrectly (wrong item, size, delivery name or address etc.) please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number (starting with the # symbol), and the necessary corrections. A shop manager will respond to you within 24 hours.
